José Cardoso Dutra Júnior

Founding partner. Member of the Brazilian Bar Association, Federal District Chapter (OAB-DF), since 1997. Attorney of the Federal District since 1999. Master in Law. Professor of Administrative Law in Graduate-Level Courses at the Instituto Brasiliense de Direito Público (IDP). Extensive experience in strategic litigation in courts based in Brasilia. Chairman of the Regulation’s Commission of the Brazilian Institute of Attorneys (IAB). Member of the Commission for Port and Maritime Law at OAB-DF. Founder of the Regulation and Competition’s Commission of the Federal Board of the Brazilian Bar Association (2011). Chairman of the OAB-DF Regulation’s Commission (2010-2012). Specialist (Graduate-Level)in Tax Law. Vice-President of the Customs Law Commission at OAB-DF (2017-2018). Practice in regulatory law, especially in the road, port, maritime, airport, passenger transportation, telecommunications and electric sectors. He has acknowledged practice in complex and strategic cases before the Courts placed in Brasília.

Paola Aires Corrêa Lima

Member of the Brazilian Bar Association, Federal District Chapter (OAB-DF), since 1997. Attorney of the Federal District, with a practice focused on Administrative and Tax Law. Master of State Law from the Universidade de Brasília (UnB). Specialist in Public Law from the Escola de Direito de Brasília - IDP. Attorney General of the Federal District (2013 - 2018). Professor of Tax Law in Graduate Courses at IDP. Deputy Chair of the Administrative Law Commission at OAB-DF. Practice in administrative and tax law. Current leader of the firm’s regulatory law teams, both for practice in court and at Regulatory Agencies, and at the Federal Court of Accounts.

Karla Motta

Member of the Brazilian Bar Association, Federal District Chapter (OAB-DF), since 1999. Attorney of the Federal District since 1999. Graduate Studies in Tax Law at the Instituto Brasileiro de Estudos Tributários - IBET. Graduate Studies in Public Law at the Instituto Brasiliense de Direito Público - IDP. Practice in administrative and tax law, as a consulting and litigation attorney. Current head of the firm’s litigation teams.

Rachel Bernardes

Member of the Brazilian Bar Association, Federal District Chapter (OAB-DF), since 1998. Graduate Studies in Legal European Studies at the European Institute of the Law School of Universidade de Lisboa (2000). Specialist in Mediation (in and out of court), certified by the University of California Berkeley. Mediator certified by the Institute for Certification and Training of Lusophone Mediators (ICFML) and trained in Online Dispute Resolution (ODR). Extensive litigation practice in the courts located in Brasilia, in both public and private law. Current head of the firm’s class suits team.

Mariana Lopes da Cruz

Graduated from the Law School of the Universidade Paulista in 2003. Graduate Studies in Civil Procedural Law by the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. Distinguished practice before Higher Courts, with practice also in arbitrations, mediations and alternative conflict resolution methods for businesses, in both public and private law.

Rodrigo Santos

Member of the Brazilian Bar Association, Federal District Chapter (OAB-DF), since 2014. Attorney of the Metro Company of the Federal District. Master of Law by the Universidade de Brasília (2016). Graduate Studies in Administrative Law at the Instituto Brasiliense de Direito Público - IDP (2019. Litigation practice in public law, including administrative proceedings at Regulatory Agencies, the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Department for Coordination and Governance of Federal Properties.

Linda Irie

Member of the Brazilian Bar Association, Federal District Chapter (OAB-DF), since 1998. Graduate Studies in Public Law and Public Finance at the Instituto Brasiliense de Direito Público - IDP. Practice for 28 years as adviser for federal appellate judges and for different Presidents of the Regional Federal Court of the 1st Region. Practice at the Federal Judiciary School of the 1st School, certified instructor by the National School for Formation and Training of Judges - ENFAM. Distinguished litigation practice before the Regional Federal Court of the 1st Region, in the Judicial Section of the Federal District.

Emerson Paxá

Member of the Brazilian Bar Association, Amazonas and Federal District Chapters. Specialist in Criminal Procedure by the Institute of Criminal, Economic and European Law (IDPEE) of the Law School of the Universidade de Coimbra, Portugal, in the first program offered in Brazil, in a partnership with the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences (IBCCRIM). Visiting Professor of Criminal Law and Criminal Execution Law at the Universidade Federal do Amazonas (UFAM), of Amazonas (UFAM). Professor of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedural Law at other institutions. Member of the Correction Council of the State of Amazonas (COPEN), appointed by the Amazonas Chapter of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB-AM). Head of the firm’s Criminal Law and Administrative Corruption divisions.

Paula Vilela

Fernando Reis

Rafael Alvim

Graduate Studies in Administrative Law by the Instituto Brasiliense de Direito Público – IDP (2020). Graduated from Law School at the Universidade Federal do Estado do Rio de Janeiro - UNIRIO (2015). Member of the Administrative Law Commission of the OAB-DF. For three years, adviser to the Deputy Federal Attorney General. Author of papers in Administrative Law. Litigation practice in administrative law, with emphasis in airport and road infrastructure, including enforcement cases before Regulatory Agencies.

Isadora França

Member of the Brazilian Bar Association, Federal District Chapter (OAB-DF), since 1998. Graduated from Law School at the Universidade de Brasília (UnB), Master in Law from the same institution in the area of Transformations in the Social and Economic Order and Regulation. Practice in administrative law, with a focus on public bidding and public contracts, with emphasis in land transportation, including cases before the Federal Court of Accounts, and licensing or enforcement cases before Regulatory Agencies.

Hildete Abinader

Member of the Brazilian Bar Association, Federal District Chapter (OAB-DF), since 2003. Current contract, administrative, budgetary and financial manager of the firm.

Sofia Gomes

Graduated from Law School at the Centro Universitário de Brasília – UniCEUB. Current assistant to the firm’s partners, for both legal and administrative matters.

Manuela Muniz

Bachelor of Information Technology. She is in charge of operating the firm’s case control system, and provides logistic support to teams.
