José Cardoso Dutra Júnior

Founding partner. Member of the Brazilian Bar Association, Federal District Chapter (OAB-DF), since 1997. Attorney of the Federal District since 1999. Doctoral student in Regulatory Law at FGV/Rio. President of the Federal Special Commission for Regulatory Affairs of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB Nacional), of which he is a member as a Federal Councilor for the Federal District. Extensive experience in dispute resolution in regulatory law (roads, ports, airports, passenger transportation, telecommunications and electric sectors). Master in Economics International Law. Posgraduate degree in Tax Law. Member of the Commission for Port and Maritime Law at OAB-DF. Presidente of the Comission for Regulatory Affairs of the Brazilian Institute of Attorneys (IAB). Former member and founder of the Regulation and Competition Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB Nacional). Former Vice-President of the Customs Law Commission at OAB-DF (2017-2018).

Paola Aires Corrêa Lima

Member of the Brazilian Bar Association, Federal District Chapter (OAB-DF), since 1997. Attorney of the Federal District, with a practice focused on Administrative and Tax Law. Master of State Law from the Universidade de Brasília (UnB). Specialist in Public Law from the Escola de Direito de Brasília - IDP. Attorney General of the Federal District (2013 - 2018). Professor of Tax Law in Graduate Courses at IDP. Deputy Chair of the Administrative Law Commission at OAB-DF. Practice in administrative and tax law. Current leader of the firm’s regulatory law teams, both for practice in court and at Regulatory Agencies, and at the Federal Court of Accounts.

Karla Motta

Member of the Brazilian Bar Association, Federal District Chapter (OAB-DF), since 1999. Attorney of the Federal District since 1999. Graduate Studies in Tax Law at the Instituto Brasileiro de Estudos Tributários - IBET. Graduate Studies in Public Law at the Instituto Brasiliense de Direito Público - IDP. Practice in administrative and tax law, as a consulting and litigation attorney. Current head of the firm’s litigation teams.

Heloísa Monzillo

Mariana Lopes da Cruz

Graduated from the Law School of the Universidade Paulista in 2003. Graduate Studies in Civil Procedural Law by the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. Distinguished practice before Higher Courts, with practice also in arbitrations, mediations and alternative conflict resolution methods for businesses, in both public and private law.

Rodrigo Santos

Member of the Brazilian Bar Association, Federal District Chapter (OAB-DF), since 2014. Attorney of the Metro Company of the Federal District. Master of Law by the Universidade de Brasília (2016). Graduate Studies in Administrative Law at the Instituto Brasiliense de Direito Público - IDP (2019. Litigation practice in public law, including administrative proceedings at Regulatory Agencies, the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Department for Coordination and Governance of Federal Properties.

Linda Irie

Member of the Brazilian Bar Association, Federal District Chapter (OAB-DF), since 1998. Graduate Studies in Public Law and Public Finance at the Instituto Brasiliense de Direito Público - IDP. Practice for 28 years as adviser for federal appellate judges and for different Presidents of the Regional Federal Court of the 1st Region. Practice at the Federal Judiciary School of the 1st School, certified instructor by the National School for Formation and Training of Judges - ENFAM. Distinguished litigation practice before the Regional Federal Court of the 1st Region, in the Judicial Section of the Federal District.

Emerson Paxá

Member of the Brazilian Bar Association, Amazonas and Federal District Chapters. Specialist in Criminal Procedure by the Institute of Criminal, Economic and European Law (IDPEE) of the Law School of the Universidade de Coimbra, Portugal, in the first program offered in Brazil, in a partnership with the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences (IBCCRIM). Visiting Professor of Criminal Law and Criminal Execution Law at the Universidade Federal do Amazonas (UFAM), of Amazonas (UFAM). Professor of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedural Law at other institutions. Member of the Correction Council of the State of Amazonas (COPEN), appointed by the Amazonas Chapter of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB-AM). Head of the firm’s Criminal Law and Administrative Corruption divisions.

Fernando Reis

Liana Cajal

Attorney, Member of the Brazilian Bar Association, Federal District Chapter, since 2016. Law degree from the University of Brasilia - UnB. Graduate student in Administrative Law at the Institute of Public Law of Brasilia - IDP. Litigation practice in administrative law, with emphasis in airport and road infrastructure, including enforcement proceedings before Regulatory Agencies.

Tomás Imbroisi

Advogado inscrito na Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil, Seccional Distrito Federal. Procurador do Distrito Federal. Ex-Assessor de Ministro no Superior Tribunal de Justiça por mais de 7 anos, é advogado especializado em Tribunais Superiores, com ampla experiência em Direito Privado e Tributário. Presidente da Comissão de Direito Aeronáutico, Aeroportuário e Aeroespacial da OAB/DF. Professor voluntário da Faculdade de Direito da UnB.
